1. Age
Open to all USBC Youth members. Athletes are not required to be entrants in the USBC Junior Gold Championships or Pepsi USBC Youth Championships to enter. This event is certified by the United States Bowling Congress (#7002).
2. Averages
a. Highest USBC average as of March 1, 2008 (minimum 21 games) – If does not exist then:

c. Highest USBC 2006-2007 average (minimum 21 games) – If does not exist then:
d. Bowlers who do not meet any of the above requirements will be entered with a 210 average
* Any bowler who has ONLY A USBC SPORT LEAGUE AVERAGE must utilize the chart which will determine the adjusted average to be used. Chart can be found on bowl.com or on page 77 of the USBC Playing Rules.
* Rule 319a-2 and 319a-3 is waived. All averages will be verified and corrected.
* Rule 319e is waived. This rule refers to average adjustment based on tournament average.
* Averages must be submitted with the Average Verific4. Divisions
Singles/All-Events 190 & Over 160-189 130-159 129 & Under

4-Person Team 760 & Over 640-759 520-639 519 & Under
5. Dress Code
Entrants are expected to wear suitable attire. Use good judgment when selecting the appropriate attire.
- Bowlers must wear full-length pants and a shirt with a mock or butterfly collar. Mock collar must be 1 inch up on the neck.
- Shirts with finished sleeves are required.
- Examples of prohibited attire include but are not limited to: hats, sunglasses, tank tops, halter tops, shorts, skirts, Capris, t-shirts, jeans, sweats, bib overalls, fleece, culottes, Lycra/spandex-like material, warm-up suits or advertisements of alcohol/tobacco/inappropriate language/gestures/gambling.
- Bowlers will be required to change if attire is deemed inappropriate by tournament management or designee. Tournament management or designee decision will be final. Failure to comply with any dress code rule will result in a verbal warning and apparel change (if applicable). Second offense will result in a verbal warning (if applicable), and/or possible disqualification.
6. Eating – Smoking – Drinking
Entrants are NOT permitted to smoke or drink alcoholic beverages
