Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to residents of the U.S. and its territories, possessions and commonwealths (excluding Puerto Rico) who are 21 years of age or older. Employees and their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses) of HGTV, Servpro Industries, Inc., Subaru of America, Inc. (including dealers and distributors), The Pep Boys - Manny, Moe, & Jack, INVISTA S.a.r.l, Ashley Homestores, LTD., and other participating sponsors and their respective parent companies, divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities") are not eligible to enter or win. 3. Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will win $75,000 in cash. Total value of the Grand Prize: $75,000.
The Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for all costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with any element of the prize not specifically addressed above. All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the Grand Prize Winner's responsibility. The Grand Prize Winner will be issued a 1099 tax form for the ARV of the prize. The specifics of all aforementioned elements of any prizes in the Sweepstakes shall be solely determined by Main Sponsor. Some restrictions may apply. The Grand Prize cannot be transferred or substituted for a prize of equal or greater value except at Main Sponsor's sole discretion.
