The Adirondack Review is an independent on-line quarterly of literature and the arts published by Black Lawrence Press. It is dedicated to publishing quality poetry, fiction, artwork, and photography, as well as interviews, articles, book reviews, and film reviews. TAR was established in the spring of 2000, with its first issue appearing that summer.

The Adirondack Review is proud to be home to three annual contests: The Fulton Prize for Short Fiction, the 46er Prize for Poetry and The Adirondack Review Photography Contest.

The winner of The Adirondack Review Photography Contest will receive a cash prize of $250 as well as publication on the cover of the Summer Issue. Up to four finalists will receive cash prizes of $25 and publication within the Summer Issue.
